Here Fishy Fishy

Yesterday while my daughter, Kylee and I were out running some errands we found a little glass fish bowl on sale. I figured why not, it will be a learning experience for Kylee. So we picked out some multi-colored stones for the bottom and went to a local pet store and picked out two small goldfish and two rosy red. Got home cleaned and set up the tank and put the fish in it within three hours one of the rosy red had already died. I was kinda bummed about it, but the other three made it through the night ok so I have high hopes for them. Watching Kylee watch the fish is pretty fun, I'm glad that we did it. I hope to eventually upgrade to a bigger tank and have some larger more colorful fish in it for her to watch.

I was thinking what a cute scrapbook page that would be. You could have pictures of the kids picking out a tank and fish, pictures of setting the tank up as a family, and then pictures of the kids looking at the fish swimming in the tank.

You cut the pictures in different shapes like fish, fish bowl, bubbles. You can either make or draw a giant fish bowl on a page and then do a montage of pictures in it so it looks like the kids, or the family pet are in it.
